OBJECTIVES 2004-05
Instructional Objective 1  
  For all units, teachers will incorporate a variety of strategies including but not limited to inquiry, problem-solving, projects, collaborative activities, group discussion, service learning, integration of visual and performing arts, and integration of technology.
 
 
Parents Objective 1  
  EBRATS will offer at least 4 workshops for parents in 2004-05.
 
 
Parents Objective 2  
  Teachers will post weekly updates to class websites, including current assignments, course description, and artifacts of instruction.
 
 
Curriculum Objective 1  
  EBRATS will participate in 2 cross-curricular school wide projects during the 2004-05 school year.
 
 
Curriculum Objective 2  
  During 2004-05, each department will collaborate with a minimum of one other department at least twice over the course of the school year.
 
 
Student Life Objective 1  
  Students will participate in at least one schoolwide activity per month.
 
 
Instructional Objective 2  
  For all units, teachers will incorporate constructed response and high-stakes testing items into assessment and instructional activities.
 
 
Administrative Objective 1
  Administration will increase visitation to classes via "walkarounds" to each class once a week.
 
 
Administration Objective 2
  The Board of Directors will continue to develop school wide human resources policies.
 
 
Technology Objective 1
  All staff and students will develob web-based portfolio by April 10.
 
 
Technology Objective 2
  Teachers will integrate hands-on technology activities into a minimum of 25% of each unit plan.
 
 
Student Life Objective 1  
  EBRATS will produce at least one school wide activity per month
