I have served on the administrative team at East Baton Rouge Arts and Technology School since the school’s inception. As the first teacher at EBRATS, I have grown personally throughout these five years. Specifically, I have benefitted from the autonomy and freedom offered to me as a teacher. Our natural philosophies of integrating real-world relevance, process learning, and creativity throughout rigorous instruction in core subjects has made the curriculum and environment at EBRATS the foundation for a positive and invigorating workplace.
